• How many hours will you dedicate to my project each month?
  Our approach is results-driven rather than time-based. We'll handle your requests daily, just like a typical retainer, but instead of focusing on how much time we spend, we concentrate on the outcomes we provide. This way, you'll always have a clear, transparent view of the work being done. Simply put, it's all about the tasks we ship, not the time we log.
• How much "completed" work can I expect in a month?
  It's very difficult to estimate as it all depends on the complexity of the tasks. We tackle your project one request at a time, so you can expect steady progress and regular updates every few days.
• Can I pay per project or hourly instead of a subscription?
  The service is currently only available through subscription.
• What if I only need design or development (and not both)?
  Currently, the service is only available for combined design and development needs. We do not offer it for individual “roles” at the moment.
• What are the benefits of using your service compared to a freelancing platform or hiring full-time?
  Compared to hiring full-time, using our service is more cost-effective, offers flexibility (you can pause/terminate our collaboration at any time), and requires minimal investment (recruiting, training, etc.) as we can start immediately. In contrast to a freelancing platform, our service offers simplicity by providing both design and code, eliminating the need to find and hire two different contractors. Furthermore, our service allows you to work with two professionals who already know how to collaborate, saving you time and money and ensuring fast results from day one.
• Does the service cover website or landing page requests?
  Yes, but only as part of a larger project. We're happy to assist with both your web app and landing page, but we're not the best fit if you only need help with designing or coding a single landing page.
• Can you help me build an app from scratch?
  Since we can't dedicate all our time to a single project, our service is better suited for projects that are already underway rather than those needing development from scratch, which typically require near full-time commitment. However, if you think your project might align with what we offer, feel free to get in touch.
• What tech stacks and design tools do you use?
  For design, we use Figma. On the development side, we deliver UIs in pure HTML and CSS, or utilize React and React-based frameworks like Next.js. We typically use Tailwind CSS for styling. These are our primary technologies, but we’re open to evaluating other technologies if required.
• Do you provide backend integration services?
  No, our services are strictly limited to UI design. We do not provide backend integration (e.g., database setup, API development, or server-side functionalities). This approach lets us focus on delivering high-quality UI/UX while enabling you to manage your backend architecture as you see fit.
• Where are you based? Will our work be synchronized?
  We are based in Italy (UTC+1). Although the service doesn't include calls, we will coordinate time slots that align with your time zone to ensure direct, real-time communication.
• Can I try the service before subscribing?
  Yes! We offer a risk-free one-week trial period, allowing you to experience working with us firsthand and decide whether to subscribe after that.
