How does it work?

We will send a sign in link with a unique token to your email address. When you click on this link, you will be logged into Cruip.com.

What's the email associated with my account?

The email associated with your account is the one you used to purchase a template or the lifetime access plan on Cruip.com.

How is this secure?

The token in the sign in link we send you works as a sort-of temporary password. This temporary password is essentially impossible to guess and more difficult to steal.

What if someone gains access to my email address?

Passwordless is no less secure than traditional username/password when someone gains access to your email address. In the traditional model, someone with access to your email could still reset your password by filling out a "Forgot Password" form.

Does the application “remember me"?

We will store a cookie in your browser so that when you return, you will not need to sign in again. You can log out to end your session at any time as well.

What if I have trouble signing in?

If you’re having trouble signing in please send us an email at [email protected].

Why does that happen?

Normally a login link expires when you click it, or if you require a new link on this page.

What should I do?

Require a new login link and wait for the email. You should get the it in your inbox instantly, but wait a couple of minutes in case of a server delay.
