Licensing agreement

Cruip grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive right to make use of the templates you have purchased or downloaded. You are licensed to use the templates to create unlimited end products for yourself or your clients.

By purchasing or downloading any template from Cruip.com, you consent to the terms and conditions of this license on behalf of yourself and the company on whose behalf you will use the template.

Here is a quick overview of the rights you are granted by the product terms and license:

👍 You can:

• Use the templates to create unlimited end products for your personal and commercial projects.
• Use the templates to create unlimited end products for your client projects.
• Combine the template with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

👎 You cannot:

• Use the templates in any application allowing an end user to customize the template, like “website builders” or “theme generators”.
• Host, resell or re-distribute the templates or derivatives of the templates.
• Share your access to the templates with any other individuals.

Purchases

If you purchase a product or service through Cruip.com, you may be asked to provide purchase and billing information. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method supplied and that the information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

The service may use third-party services to facilitate payment and complete purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide it to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

Payments

Payments on Cruip.com are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy as they apply to payment processing. Stripe may collect and process payment details on our behalf.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital resources, Cruip does not currently offer refunds. If you believe a purchased product is defective or cannot be downloaded for any reason, please contact us and we will gladly review your case.

Support

Support is available for all templates for 1 year from the purchase date. It provides assistance with common product-related questions but does not cover in-depth technical support or step-by-step guidance for non-technical users.

Changes

Cruip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
